§ 16.2.3. Applicability of term limits.

The provisions of Section 11.1.3. shall include any service of two year terms under the former charter which are consecutive with the election held under Section 16.2.2., or any subsequent election under this charter and which might result in more than 8 years of service in the same office. In such an event, the person shall be disqualified from seeking nomination and election to that office.
