§ 11.1.3. Term limits.

No mayor or commissioner in the same ward shall serve more than two consecutive terms. For the purposes of this section, a term shall include any part of a term. This section shall not prohibit a commissioner from serving as mayor or a mayor from serving as a commissioner.
