§ 16.2.2. First election.

Latest version.

The first election of the mayor and commissioners under this charter shall be held on November 2, 1999. The commissioners from the even-numbered wards and the mayor shall be elected to four year terms. The commissioners from the odd-numbered wards shall be elected to an initial term of two years.
