§ 94-241. Report and recommendation of planning commission.

The planning commission shall consider whether the proposed vacation is necessary for the health, welfare, comfort and safety of the people of the city and shall file a report with the city commission as to whether or not the vacation is recommended and the reasons therefore. Such report shall be received by the city commission and made a part of the official proceedings.
