§ 94-242. Initial action by city commission.

If the report of the planning commission filed pursuant to this article recommends that the public way not be vacated, no further proceedings thereon shall be taken, unless the city commission shall affirmatively vote therefore at the meeting when the report is received. Where the report recommends that the public way be vacated, further proceedings shall automatically follow, unless the city commission shall affirmatively vote against such proceedings at the meeting when the report is received.
