§ 82-33. General vehicle regulations.

All vehicles used by licensees under this article, when engaged in their licensed business on the streets, alleys or public places, must be kept in motion except when making sales, and their movements must be timed and executed so as to cause minimum interference with traffic. No more than two persons shall sell or operate on or from any single motor vehicle. The owner or person in charge of such vehicle shall be licensed under this article. Vehicles shall not be used as a stand as that term defined in section 82-31.
