§ 82-32. Vehicle insurance.

All vehicles used by licensees under this article in conducting the licensed activity shall be covered by policies of insurance covering bodily injury and property damage arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of such vehicle in the minimum amounts of $100,000.00 for injuries including accidental death to any one person, $300,000.00 for injuries including death resulting from any one accident and $100,000.00 for property damage.
