§ 74-201. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Disabled motor vehicle means any motor vehicle, or parts thereof, whether assembled or not, which is incapable of being self-propelled or which does not meet the requirements for operation upon the public streets, including a current license.
