§ 58-77. Penalties for violation.

(a)

Any person who is found guilty of violating any provision of this article other than subsection 58-72(b) and section 58-73 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days in jail and/or a fine of up to $500.00, or if the violation causes damage to the property of another, by up to 90 days in jail and/or a fine of up to $500.00.

(b)

Any person found responsible for violating subsection 58-72(b) or section 58-73 of this article shall be deemed responsible for a municipal civil infraction, punishable by a Class I fine.
