§ 50-29. Fourth ward.
The fourth ward of the city shall be bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Sixteenth and Johnson Streets; thence south along said centerline Johnson Street to the centerline of Kosciuszko Avenue; thence west along the Kosciuszko Avenue centerline to the centerline of Lincoln Avenue; thence south on the Lincoln Avenue centerline to the centerline of Twenty-fourth Street; thence west along said centerline, Twenty-fourth Street to the centerline of Grant Street; thence south along said Grant Street centerline to the centerline of Twenty-fifth Street; thence west on the centerline of Twenty-fifth Street to the centerline of Monroe Street; thence south on the Monroe Street centerline to the centerline of Twenty-sixth Street; thence West along said centerline, Twenty-sixth Street to the centerline of Garfield Avenue; thence north along the Garfield Avenue centerline to the centerline of Twenty-fourth Street; thence west along said Twenty-fourth Street centerline, if extended, to the centerline of the Saginaw River; thence northeasterly along the Saginaw River centerline to its intersection with the centerline of Sixteenth Street, if extended; thence easterly along said Sixteenth Street centerline to the place of beginning.
