§ 50-28. Third ward.

The third ward of the city shall be bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of the Saginaw River and the centerline of Ninth Street, if extended; thence southeasterly along said centerline Ninth Street to the McLellan Street centerline; thence south along said centerline, McLellan Street to the centerline of Tenth Street; thence easterly along the Tenth Street centerline to the centerline of Trumbull Street; thence south along said centerline of Trumbull Street to the centerline of Ridge Road; thence easterly along the Ridge Road centerline to the easterly city limits; thence southwesterly along the city limit line; thence westerly along the city limit line; thence south along said city limit line to the centerline of Fifteenth Street, if extended; thence westerly along said Fifteenth Street centerline to the centerline of Johnson Street; thence south along said Johnson Street centerline to the centerline of Sixteenth Street; thence westerly along the centerline of Sixteenth Street, if extended, to the centerline of the Saginaw River; thence northeasterly along the centerline of the Saginaw River to the place of beginning.
