§ 30-192. Eviction of persons impeding work.

The health officer is authorized to order the temporary eviction of any person who may, in the course of any fumigation or extermination work, impede the completion of the work by refusing to leave the premises, for the time required for the fumigating or exterminating process, and any person who fails, refuses or neglects to comply with the order of the health officer shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable as set forth in section 1-15 of this Code.
