§ 2-128. Personnel regulations and civil service laws not applicable to members.

The personnel regulations of the city manager, being applicable to fulltime, regular city employees, shall not be applicable to members of the corps, and the civil service laws of the state applicable to firefighters and police officers shall not be applicable to any member of the corps.
