§ 2-127. Regulation equipment for members.

  • (a)

    The city shall furnish to the members of the fire auxiliary corps regulation helmets, rubber coats and boots to be worn by the members of the corps only while on an assigned tour of duty, and such equipment shall be kept at a place designated by the fire chief where the same may be readily available to the members of the corps.

    (b)

    The city shall furnish to the members of the police auxiliary corps regulation shirts, trousers, caps and badges to be worn by the members of the corps only while on an assigned tour of duty, and such equipment shall be kept by each individual member of the corps.
