§ 18-2. Keeping of farm animals or domestic fowl prohibited.

Except as permitted in sections 18-3 and 18-4, it shall be unlawful for any person to keep any farm animal or domestic fowl on any property within the city, whether owned, leased, rented or occupied by such person.
