§ 94-41. Resolution of city commission.

Whenever the city commission shall deem the construction of a new sidewalk, or the reconstruction of an old sidewalk, a necessary public improvement, it shall so declare by resolution, describing the property in front of which such construction or reconstruction is ordered.
