§ 86-86. Required; fee.

(a)

No person shall engage in the business of collecting, moving or transporting any refuse through the streets, alleys or other public places or ways of the city pursuant to any agreement for hire or charge with any commercial or institutional establishment or boats at docks as shall contract for such collection without first having obtained a license. Such license shall be issued according to the terms, conditions and procedures provided for in chapter 30 of this Code and upon approval of the city commission.

(b)

The annual license for a refuse collector shall be $10.00 per truck.
