§ 82-136. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Person means any individual, partnership, corporation, company, organization, league or similar entity.

Solicit and solicitation means the request, directly or indirectly, of money, property, financial assistance or other thing of value.

Tag day means a day on which sales and solicitations referred to in section 82-137 are made.

Tag day permit means a permit issued under this article authorizing such sales and solicitations.
