§ 82-48. Bond or cash deposit.

Each licensee shall file with the city clerk evidence of compliance with the bond requirements as are set forth in section 30-58 of this Code. The bond filed with the city clerk shall be subject to the claims of creditors in all cases where a judgment has been obtained against such licensee and the date for appeal of such judgment has expired. A license issued under this article shall expire and be void as soon as the amount of the bond has been diminished by claims, demands or suits against such bond.
