§ 74-83. Abandoned iceboxes and other containers.

  • A person commits a crime under this section if he leaves outside of any building, structure, or dwelling, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended, or discarded icebox, refrigerator, or any other container of any kind which has an airtight snaplock or other locking device on the doors thereof.
