§ 70-3. Use of mobile home outside licensed park.

  • (a)

    Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to place, stand, park or locate a mobile home within the city outside of a mobile home park licensed in accord with section 70-2(a). It shall be unlawful for any person to authorize such parking on any property owned or occupied by him or subject to his control.

    (b)

    Mobile homes less than 22 feet in length may be parked, for a period not to exceed 24 hours, on the public streets where parking is permitted, if in compliance with the laws, ordinances, and regulations controlling, but shall not be used or occupied while so parked, and shall remain connected to a vehicle providing the motive power.
