§ 58-62. A101.10 Procedure, amended.

Section A101.10 of the International Fire Code 2009 shall be amended to read as follows:
" A101.10. Procedures. The board of appeals shall establish bylaws and hearing procedures not inconsistent with the provisions of this code and applicable state law."
