§ 54-101. Authority.

By virtue of the powers vested in the city commission under existing statutes and pursuant to part 91 of Act No. 451 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1994 (MCL 324.9101 et seq.), as amended, there is hereby provided regulations to control soil erosion and protect the waters of the state from sedimentation.
