§ 50-1. Changes in registration book when elector affected by ward or precinct boundary changes.

Whenever any change shall be made in the boundaries of any ward or voting precinct, the city clerk shall transfer the name of each elector registered at the time of such boundary change in the registration book of any ward or precinct into the proper registration book, when such elector has, by such change, been transferred from one ward or precinct into another.
