§ 46-182. Contractual effect of division.

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 15(a)(5) of the act to the contrary, a contract between the city and the sponsor to provide tax exemption and accept payments in lieu thereof as previously described is effectuated by the enactment of this division subject to the provisions of section 46-185.
