§ 46-28. Filing.

A certified copy of this article is directed to be filed with the secretary of state in accordance with section 5 of Act No. 338 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974 (MCLA 125.1601 et seq., MSA 5.3520(1) et seq.), as amended, and the applicants filing such application dated December 6, 1976, shall thereafter incorporate the economic development corporation of the city pursuant to sections 28 to 36 of such act.
