§ 38-50. Damaging property; removing flowers, etc.

(a)

No person shall injure or disturb any monumental works, trees, shrubs, plants, or anything in the cemetery whatsoever.

(b)

No flowers or plants shall be removed from any part of the cemetery without permission from the superintendent.

(c)

No one, except a cemetery employee, will be allowed to disturb the sod on any plot or grave.
