§ 38-40. Permitted plot decorations.

  • Live or artificial flowers may be placed upon grave sites if in one of the following containers:

    (1)

    A ten-inch cemetery type ring stand with legs and handle.

    (2)

    Vases that are mounted on either side of the monument.

    (3)

    Cast-material vases that are stored upside down in underground containers.

    (4)

    Trellises may be erected over monuments if they are of approved design and are placed with the permission of the superintendent.

    (5)

    There shall be a limit of one flower arrangement per grave in the summer, and one evergreen blanket or wreath in the winter.
