§ 34-46. Severability of this article.

Latest version.

Consistent with chapter 1, section 1.8 of this Code of Ordinances, the provisions of this article shall be in effect to the extent that they are consistent with state law; if any section, phrase or divisible portion of this article is inconsistent with state law, such inconsistency shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this article.
