§ 34-15. Repair service and sales to subscribers prohibited.

A franchisee shall not repair, service or sell receiving sets, parts or accessories to its video service subscribers. Receiving sets include but are not limited to televisions and radios but shall not include those fixtures provided by a franchisee as an integral part of its service that transmit service to receiving sets.
