§ 30-482. Prohibition on the operation of pedicabs.

No person shall drive or operate a pedicab upon the streets, highways, or thoroughfares of the city, and no person who owns or controls a pedicab shall permit it to be so driven or operated without an operating permit. Pedicabs shall be driven or operated in strict compliance with all of the requirements of this article.
