§ 30-294. Patronage of massage business by minors.

No massage establishment licensed under this article shall massage any person under the age of 17 upon the licensed premises, except upon written order by a licensed medical doctor, doctor of osteopathic medicine, or physical therapist, such order being dated and in the possession of the employee giving the massage. If a person under the age of 17 requests a massage and is accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian during the massage, this section shall not apply.
