§ 30-226. Required.

  • No person shall use a fumigant for the destruction or control of insects, vermin, germs, rodents, or other pests, within any building or other enclosed space in the city without first having obtained a permit so to do from the health officer. It shall be the duty of every licensed operator intending to release cyanide gas or other fumigants for fumigation or extermination purposes to contact and get permission from the health officer or his authorized assistants.
