§ 30-200. Ventilation when work completed; posting of precautions.
At the conclusion of the period of fumigation or extermination, it shall be the duty of the operator to thoroughly ventilate and air out the premises. The operator shall see that all rooms and other enclosed areas are free of dangerous concentrations of gas and that no dangerous concentrations of gas remain in any parts of the entire danger area. The operator shall remain on the premises until such time as all of the dangerous concentrations have been safely removed. He shall then prominently post a printed list of precautions to be followed by the occupants of the area after they are permitted to enter. This list of precautions shall include the time when occupants may enter the area.
