§ 30-355. License fee and posting.

(a)

The fees for a license under this division shall be those fees on file with the city clerk which have been approved and filed by the city manager and which the city commission has been notified of for at least 30 days in compliance with section 2-1. If the application is rejected, a portion of the fee paid, as determined by the city clerk, shall be retained by the city to cover processing costs.

(b)

All persons obtaining a license issued under this division shall place the license conspicuously in full public view.
