§ 2-190. Compensation and employment of clerks, engineers, etc.

The planning commission may present to the city commission, from time to time, petitions for necessary compensation for clerks, engineers and other experts, and if appropriation is made therefor by the city commission, the planning commission may, from time to time, employ such employees as required.
