§ 2-184. Terms of members.

  • The original terms of members of the planning commission were, in the first instance, from one to five years each. The terms of new members added by this article shall be one for four years and one for five years after the date of their respective appointments. Upon the expiration of the term of a planning commissioner, the city commission shall appoint a successor for a full term of five years. Should a member of the planning commission resign or otherwise be unable to complete a term, the city commission shall appoint a successor for the remainder of any unexpired term.
