§ 2-388. Procedures.

(a)

The provisions of this article shall be administered by the city manager who shall appoint an equal opportunity officer and such other staff as is necessary to implement the provisions of this article.

(b)

The city manager shall prescribe such administrative regulations as are necessary to implement the terms of this article. Such regulations shall specify the exact procedures to be followed in insuring equal opportunity compliance including the types of documents to be used by the EEO officer: the time limits for review of contractors or vendors; the procedures for alleviating noncompliance and the sanctions to be imposed for noncompliance.
