§ 26-566. Term; renewal.

A permit issued pursuant to this division shall be valid for a period of 60 days, unless the building department shall certify that the wrecking cannot be completed within that period of time, in which event the permit may be made valid for a period up to six months. If the wrecking is not completed within the permit period, for reasonable cause shown, the permit may be renewed upon the payment of the following renewal fee:
(1)

Residential building, two family or less, $2.00.

(2)

Any other building, $5.00.
