§ 26-313. Sec. IPMC-111. Means of appeal, amended.

Section 111 of the International Property Maintenance Code 2012 shall be amended to
read as follows:
111 Means of appeal.
Any person affected by a decision of the code official or a notice or order issued
under this code shall have the right to an appeal to the building board of appeals
as established by Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, in the manner described
therein. The rules and procedures of the building code board of appeals shall apply
to all appeals under this code unless specifically modified herein.
