§ 26-283. Violation penalties.

Any person who shall violate a provision of the property maintenance code or who shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or directive of the code official, or a certificate issued under the provisions of the property maintenance code, shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction, punishable by a fine as specified herein for that violation:

Sec. 26-284, Registration of dwelling unit, Class J

Sec. 26-285, Arrange inspection, Class E

Sec. 26-291, Failure to vacate, Class F

Sec. 26-310, Violation of International Property Maintenance Code 2012, Class F

All other sections not specified, Class F

Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
