§ 26-267. Adoption by reference.

Latest version.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.5.1 of the Charter of Bay City, there is hereby adopted by reference the International Property Maintenance Code 2012, issued by the International Code Council, Inc., except those sections herein deleted or amended.
