§ 26-113. Violation penalties.

Any person who shall violate a provision of the Michigan Mechanical Code shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction, punishable by a fine as specified herein for that violation:

Michigan Mechanical Code, Sec. 108.4, Class F

Michigan Mechanical Code, Sec. 108.5, Class H

A person is responsible for a separate offense for each day that the person fails to comply with a stop construction order and for each week that the person fails to comply with any other validly issued order.
