§ 18-91. Violation penalties.

Any person who violates a provision of this chapter shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction, punishable by a fine as a class F violation. A finding of responsibility shall result in the immediate revocation of a permit issued pursuant to this chapter. Any continuing violation or a repeated violation of this chapter shall constitute a nuisance per se and may be abated by an action in circuit court separately or in addition to any other proceedings. Permit holders found responsible for a violation of article II or article III of this chapter shall not be eligible for the issuance of a subsequent permit.
