§ 18-21. Number of dogs.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep more than 3 dogs, six months of age or more, on any property containing a single-family dwelling, within any dwelling unit, or on any commercial or industrial property within the city. The provisions of this section shall not apply to a commercial kennel, veterinary clinic, veterinary hospital or animal shelter established in compliance with chapter 122 of this Code.
