§ 18-11. Keeping of bees, hornets and wasps.

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor bees, hornets or wasps on any premises in the city except as provided in this article. The keeping of bees, hornets or wasps contrary to the provisions of this article is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. Private restrictions on the use of property remain enforceable.
