§ 122-481. Indoor recreation facilities.

(a)

Indoor recreation uses shall have direct access onto a major thoroughfare.

(b)

Where permitted as an accessory use, arcade and video gaming devices shall comply with the following regulations:

(1)

The gaming devices shall be clearly incidental to the principal use on the site.

(2)

The gaming devices shall be accessible only from within the building which contains the principal use.

(3)

The gaming devices shall operate only during the hours when the principal use is open for business.
