§ 118-61. Authority to board and move watercraft for enforcement of ordinances, rules, etc.

The harbor master and his deputies shall have authority to board any watercraft within the harbor, without consent, for the purpose of enforcement of ordinances, rules, regulations, orders or directions applicable to such watercraft, and to move or cause to be moved any watercraft moored, anchored or operated contrary to or in violation thereof, and no person shall obstruct, hinder or oppose such action.
