§ 10-59. Use of fraudulent ID to enter establishment for on-premises consumption.

  • A person who furnishes fraudulent identification to a person less than 21 years of age, or a person less than 21 years of age who uses a fraudulent piece of identification to enter, attempt to enter, or remain in a place where alcoholic beverages are sold for consumption on the premises is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $100.00, or both.
