§ 106-511. City policies and procedures.

This article shall not be exclusive or preclude the city commission from adopting rates, rules and regulations which contain additional deposit terms, conditions or requirements for any city utility or service. This article does not supersede any existing rate, rule or regulation which has been adopted by the city commission. The city's administration may promulgate policies and procedures, which are consistent herewith, to implement the provisions of this article and to enforce the rights and remedies of the city contained within this article.
